1. Agreement to These Terms

By visiting the website of HMUA Anna Kuznetsova LLC, by sending an enquiry, or by booking any service, a guest agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If a guest does not accept these terms, the remedy is simple and complete: do not use the website and do not book a service.

These terms apply together with any written booking confirmation, price agreement or service note the studio provides. Where a signed booking confirmation conflicts with these terms, the signed confirmation takes priority for the booking it covers. Otherwise, these terms govern the relationship between the studio and the guest.

The studio is HMUA Anna Kuznetsova LLC, located at 868 N 800 W, Provo - 84604-3239, United States (US). References to the studio, we, us or our mean that company. References to the guest, you or your mean the person using the website or receiving a service.

These terms are written in plain language so that the agreement is easy to understand. Where a term has a technical meaning, it is explained in the section that follows, and each heading is numbered so that a specific point can be found quickly. A guest who reads these terms once will know what to expect at every stage, from enquiry to confirmation to the day of the service.

2. Definitions

For clarity, a few key words are defined here and are used consistently throughout these terms.

  • Services means the hair styling, airbrush makeup application, editorial styling, event glam, extension fitting, touch-up callout and any related work the studio provides.
  • Booking means a confirmed appointment or engagement recorded in the studio calendar.
  • Deposit means any advance payment required to hold a booking.
  • Venue means the location chosen by the guest for a service.
  • Content means text, images, designs and other material published on the website.

These definitions are provided to make the terms easier to read and do not limit the ordinary meaning of any other word used in this document.

3. Eligibility

The studio provides services to adults and to minors who are accompanied by a parent or guardian. A person who books a service confirms that they are legally able to enter into an agreement, or that they have the consent of a responsible adult.

Where a booking is made on behalf of another person, the person making the booking confirms that they have authority to share that person details and to accept these terms on their behalf. The studio may ask for confirmation of authority before a service is delivered.

4. Bookings and Confirmations

A booking exists only when the studio has confirmed it in writing and, where required, when the deposit has been received. An enquiry by email, by phone or through the website form is not by itself a confirmed booking.

The studio works from a small calendar and reserves each date for the guest it was held for. Once confirmed, a booking blocks that time from other guests. If the details of a booking change, the guest should contact the studio as early as possible so the schedule can be adjusted fairly.

The studio may decline a booking for a legitimate reason, including a conflict of schedule, a request outside the studio skill set, or a request that would require unsafe practices. Where a booking is declined, any deposit already received is promptly returned.

5. Deposits and Payment

Some bookings require a deposit to hold the date. The amount and the due date are set out in the booking confirmation. A deposit is applied toward the final balance and is not an additional charge.

The remaining balance is due according to the schedule in the booking confirmation, usually on the day of the service unless another arrangement was agreed. Payment is made through the provider named in the confirmation or by another method the studio accepts.

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. If a guest requests a change that adds time, travel or materials, the studio will explain any change to the price before the extra work is carried out. All amounts are stated in the currency shown in the confirmation.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Guests understand that a booking holds a date that other guests could have taken. The following rules balance fairness to the guest with fairness to the studio.

  • A guest may reschedule without penalty where enough notice is given, as set out in the booking confirmation.
  • A cancellation with limited notice may cause the deposit to be retained, because the date can no longer be filled.
  • A cancellation at very short notice, or a no show, may result in the full agreed fee being due for the reserved time.
  • Where the studio must cancel for a reason within its control, the studio will offer a reschedule or return any deposit received.

The studio will always try to be flexible where a genuine emergency is involved. Honest and early communication keeps every outcome fair, and the studio encourages guests to call +15418714956 as soon as a problem appears.

7. Punctuality and Lateness

Professional styling depends on time. A late start can compress the work and affect the quality of a shape that must last all day, and on a wedding morning a delay can affect the whole schedule.

Guests are asked to arrive at the agreed time with the preparation steps completed. If a guest is running late, a quick call helps the studio adjust the running order. Where a delay is significant, the studio may need to shorten or simplify the service, and the reserved fee remains due.

Where the studio is delayed by traffic or another booking, the studio will inform the guest as soon as possible and will complete the agreed service. The studio keeps travel buffers in its schedule to protect guests from avoidable delays.

8. Scope of Services

The studio provides bridal hair styling, airbrush makeup application, editorial styling days, special event glam, hair extension fitting and a touch-up callout service. Each service is delivered by a trained artist following the studio methods.

The studio will follow a confirmed plan where one exists and will use products suited to the guest hair, skin and the demands of the day. A result can be affected by factors outside the studio control, including weather, humidity, the natural behaviour of the hair, and the length of the event. The studio will explain what can be achieved and will recommend the approach most likely to hold.

Where a guest asks for a change during the service, the studio will do its best to accommodate the request. A major change may need extra time, and the studio will explain any effect on the schedule before proceeding.

9. Guest Obligations

To help the studio deliver a reliable result, guests agree to a small number of reasonable obligations.

  • Arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face unless the studio has advised otherwise.
  • Share accurate information about hair history, including recent colour, chemical treatments and extensions.
  • Disclose any known allergy, sensitivity or skin condition before a service begins.
  • Respect the studio space, tools and equipment, and follow any safety guidance given.
  • Provide a suitable space and access when the service is delivered at a venue.

If a guest arrives with a condition that makes the planned service unsafe, the studio may adjust, postpone or decline the service. The well being of the guest always comes before the plan of the day.

10. Allergies and Sensitivities

Makeup and hair products can occasionally cause a reaction. The studio uses professional products and takes care, but it cannot rule out an individual sensitivity.

Guests are asked to tell the studio about any known reaction before a service. Where a guest has a history of sensitivity, the studio may suggest a patch test on a small area ahead of the appointment. If a reaction appears during a service, the studio will stop immediately, remove the product and offer appropriate first aid.

The studio keeps its tools clean and its products in date. Guests with a specific concern are always welcome to ask which products will be used before the service begins.

11. Callout and Travel Services

The touch-up callout service brings the studio to a venue for a refresh or a reception change. Callout visits are arranged in advance and confirmed by phone at +15418714956 so that timing, parking and access can be planned.

A travel fee may apply depending on distance and time of day, and the studio will state this before the booking is fixed. The guest agrees to provide safe access to the room and a suitable surface for the kit. Where a callout is delayed by events at the venue, such as a late ceremony, the studio will adapt where possible and will discuss any effect on the schedule.

Callout service is reserved for guests already booked with the studio, because the artist needs to know the original shape before it can be refreshed or rebuilt.

12. Photography and Portfolio Rights

The studio may photograph finished work for its portfolio. Images of an identifiable guest are used only with that guest permission, which may be given or withheld freely.

Where permission is given, the studio may publish the images on the website and on social channels, and may describe the work in general terms. A guest may withdraw permission at any time, and the studio will stop using the images going forward. Photographs supplied to the studio by a guest or a photographer remain the property of the person who owns them.

13. Intellectual Property

All text, design, images and other content on the studio website belong to HMUA Anna Kuznetsova LLC or are used with permission. The content is protected by copyright and other rights.

Guests and visitors may read, print and share the content for personal and non-commercial use. The content may not be copied, republished or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the studio. The studio name and any related marks may not be used in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

14. Acceptable Use of the Website

The website is provided to give information and to allow guests to make contact. Visitors agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
  • Do not submit false, abusive or misleading information through any form.
  • Do not copy or scrape the site in a way that burdens the service or breaches these terms.
  • Do not use the site to distribute harmful code or to interfere with other users.

The studio may suspend access where these rules are broken. The studio also reserves the right to change, pause or withdraw any part of the website at any time, without notice, and will not be liable for any inconvenience this causes.

15. Third Party Services

The studio relies on third party providers for hosting, email, scheduling and payment, and it may link to third party sites. Those providers and sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

The studio is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third party. A link does not imply endorsement, and any dealings with a third party are between the guest and that provider. Where a third party service is essential to a booking, the studio will name it in the confirmation so the guest knows what to expect.

16. Limitation of Liability

The studio provides its services with professional care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including losses that flow from a delayed event, a change of plan, or circumstances outside the studio control.

Where the studio is found liable for a direct loss, the total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The studio recommends that guests with a very important date plan with a buffer of time, because events such as weather, traffic and venue schedules are beyond any artist control.

17. Indemnity

A guest agrees to indemnify the studio against any claim, loss or expense that arises from the guest breach of these terms, from information the guest failed to disclose, or from the guest misuse of the website.

This clause does not apply where the loss is caused by the studio own negligence or by the studio own breach of these terms. The aim of this clause is to place responsibility where it fairly belongs when a guest provides false information or acts against these rules.

18. Force Majeure

The studio is not liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, illness, transport failures, power outages, or public health restrictions.

Where such an event prevents a booking, the studio will contact the guest as soon as possible and will offer a reschedule or a fair alternative. In these rare cases the studio will act honestly and will not keep a deposit for a service it cannot deliver.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the applicable laws of the United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by honest discussion will be handled by the courts of the state where the studio operates.

The studio prefers to resolve concerns directly and quickly. A guest with a concern is invited to raise it first with the studio at appointments@annakhmua.mom or by phone at +15418714956, so that a fair solution can be found before any formal step is taken.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full force, and the unenforceable part is adjusted so that it reflects the original intention as closely as the law allows.

20. Changes to These Terms

The studio may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in practice, in services or in the law. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the latest update will be shown.

For bookings already confirmed, the terms in force at the time of the booking continue to apply unless both the guest and the studio agree to a change. Continuing to use the website or to book new services after an update means the revised terms are accepted for those new dealings.
